Programme Manager: Graphic Design

I was responsible for running and maintaining the Graphic Design degree and curriculum on all PIHE campuses in South Africa. I developed and submitted a Higher Certificate for Graphic Design which was accepted by the CHE and SAQA and has been developed for rollout in 2022. I was also responsible for the development of online blended learning in the department and was able to circumvent a difficult period during the pandemic where our students were without technology, and software, but we continued with the curriculum to ensure an overall successful year. In this position I managed developers across campuses - and outside - to ensure that our combined curriculum ran effectively.
